3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes are generated dynamically based on distance, time, vehicle class, and anticipated environmental factors. Prices are inclusive of standard operational taxes unless explicitly stated.

Payment must be pre-authorized via approved digital methodologies. Final charges, including accrued waiting time, parking fees, tolls not included in the original estimate, or route deviations requested by the passenger, will be processed upon completion of the trajectory.

Invoices for corporate accounts must be settled within the agreed net terms. Late payments may accrue interest at standard statutory rates.

4. Waiting Time

Standard complimentary waiting periods are allocated as follows:

  • Commercial Airports: 60 minutes post-confirmed landing.
  • Private Aviation (FBO): 30 minutes post-confirmed wheels down.
  • Standard Addresses: 15 minutes from scheduled arrival.

Exceeding these thresholds triggers per-minute billing at the premium rate designated for the specific vehicle class. For airport pickups, flight tracking is utilized to adjust pickup times automatically; however, extreme delays may necessitate a rebooking.
